Services 1. Residential
Hopeland Realty’s team have rich experience in buying and selling residential properties. The team bought and sold over 200 properties in the recent 5 years.
On the purchase side, the team have a smooth process customized for each client from initial consulting, setting up email alerts, showing properties, and closing.
On the sales side, the team have in-depth market knowledge and selling techniques to get our clients the best results.
Our typical marketing process begins with an interview with property owners and tour of the property.
After that we present to the owner with a customized marketing plan. In many cases, we would recommend minor renovations and selective staging to improve the presentation of the house.
Then with the approval of the owner, we start our premarketing by sending out to potential buyers and buyer agents and sometimes hold a broker open house. We may get some offers at this stage. If not, we still get some good reports and feedback which are useful for our listing.
We send a comparative market analysis and discuss with the owner on pricing. Once approval, we list the property on MLS and various websites. Open house will be held usually on the first weekend of listing.
Our team track showings and follow up with buyer agents. More important we address the concerns of buyers and offer incentives to motivate potential buyers to submit offers.
After the offer is submitted, the team are working closely with buyer agents on inspection, financing, and closing matters to make sure streamline transaction.
